Action

Medispirant stepspray is an only OTC drug in the Polish market sold as topical liquid to contain methenamine.
Medicinal product used externally on foot skin. Reduces excessive perspiration by inhibiting perspiratory gland activity. Eliminates the unpleasant sweat odour by preventing bacterial growth. Demonstrates disinfecting, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and drying effects. Stimulates sensory nerve endings, inducing a cool sensation. Shows mild topical anaesthetic effects, reducing skin pruritus.

Composition

1 g of topical liquid contains 10 mg of menthol (Mentholum), 10 mg of salicylic acid (Acidum salicylicum), 20 mg of methenamine (Methenaminum), and excipients: ethanol 96% and purified water.

Indications

The medicinal product is intended for external topical use in excessive sweating of the feet.

Use

Adults and young people over the age of 12: spray feet with the liquid for several days, preferably in the evening after washing your feet.
Use: Topical application.

Ingredients: 1 g of topical liquid contains 10 mg of menthol (Mentholum), 10 mg of salicylic acid (Acidum salicylicum) and 20 mg of methenamine (Methenaminum). Indications: The medicinal product is intended for external topical use in excessive sweating of the feet. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the active ingredients or any of the excipients. Do not use the medicinal product on damaged skin. Do not use in children aged less than 12. Not for long-term use or for large skin areas. Do not apply on mucous membranes.
